Video wall installation with dvLED Connect-it
During an interactive training day at Vogel's headquarters, a dvLED video wall was installed in the canteen (Townhall). Together with more than 40 installers from different companies, the Vogel's dvLED Connect-it System was explained in combination with Dahua COB dvLED panels. In collaboration with Dahua and distributor AplusK, it was a great success.
The challenge
Together with dvLED panel supplier Dahua and distributor AplusK, we wanted to put on a training day to demonstrate the new system for dvLED video walls to installers.
The LCD video wall hanging in Vogel's Townhall was to be replaced by a dvLED video wall with nice finishes for the sides, top and bottom.
The Sonos speakers and other functionalities of the LCD video also needed to work with the LED video wall.
The solution
Together with Dahua and AplusK, a training day was staged where installers received a certificate for working with dvLED Connect-it and Dahua COB dvLED panels.
Step by step, the assembly solution was explained and the functionalities highlighted.
Trims have been designed especially for the video wall to provide a nice frame for the dvLED wall.
The outcome
A razor-sharp video wall.
The panels fit together seamlessly.
After the training day, the speakers were set up for a complete solution.
A special sleek edge gives the LED wall a unique look.
