You've finally made that long-awaited purchase, which will allow you to watch your favourite TV shows and the latest films in all their glory. Now it's time to install that big screen.
But isn't it safer to mount the TV on the wall? And is it even possible to mount this gigantic screen on the wall? What is the ideal viewing height and distance? You can find answers to all of these questions here.
The answer to this is yes, you can mount your XL TV on the wall. Safety is paramount, of course. That's why it is always important to check whether the TV mounts used is TÜV certified. The weight of your TV is also important when choosing a TV mount.
Vogel's TV mounts are TÜV certified and are tested at three times the maximum weight indicated. This means that if our packaging reads "max. 50 kg", for example, you can be sure that the mount has been tested at 3 x 50 kg (150 kg)! That's one of the reasons why we at Vogel's offer up to 15 years of guarantee.
Please note: also check the wall on which you wish to mount your TV in advance. If it is a stud wall and you want to mount your TV on a Vogel's TV mount, you can also use a stud adapter.
