Mount dvLED panels quickly and easily. Vogel's simple, modular and universal system with which you can mount a dvLED panel of (almost) any brand and series in no time. The patented system is simple, build a LED wall with just a few products. And thanks to settings in either x, y and z direction, the dvLED video wall can be seamlessly and easily installed. dvLED Connect-it is suitable for all brands of dvLED panels and available directly from stock.

The only LED panel mounting system you need

With dvLED Connect-it, anything is possible. It's an universal, modular solution. The system is suitable for any LED panel brand and application. Any project (regardless of details) can be installed with one system.

Any project can be installed with the dvLED Connect-it system, regardless of the size of the dvLED video wall. Connect as many interface bars as you want.

Wall solutions

Transform any wall into a video wall with dvLED Connect-it. Irregularities are easily levelled out. Thanks to its modular structure, anything is possible.

Floor (stand) or trolley

Combine dvLED Connect-it with a fixed or free-standing floor stand and simply build a video wall in the free space. Mounting LED panels on a trolley? Create a customised LED panel interface in a few simple steps with dvLED Connect-it.

Ceiling solutions

In some cases, it is convenient to fix the dvLED system to the ceiling. No problem, dvLED Connect-it can easily be combined with the current Connect-it system. To do this, use the ceiling plates in combination with the PUC posts.

dvLED Connect-it, how is it constructed?

The dvLED Connect-it system is composed by combining the products below. Any configuration is possible. The combination of products depends on the size of your LED wall.

dvLED interface bar

The dvLED interface bars form the basis of the mounting system. Together, the horizontal profiles form the framework to which you attach the LED panels.
They are available in 4 different lengths:

110 cm (PLB 3111)
200 cm (PLB 3120)
270 cm (PLB 3127)
330 cm (PLB 3133)

Adjustable wall brackets (setting in x, y and z direction)

Attach the dvLED interface bars to the wall using dvLED Z-brackets. The Z-brackets are adjustable in depth, so any irregularity in the wall is easily accommodated.

Interface bar extension piece

The width of almost every dvLED video wall is different, making the required width of the dvLED interface bar different for every project. By using the end piece/extension piece, the exact width of the dvLED interface bar can be set on-site. This makes sawing on-site or preparing a thing of the past. The extension piece can be adjusted from 200mm to 450mm.

Interface bar connector

A dvLED coupler connects 2 dvLED interface bars to each other. Thanks to the coupler, the dvLED interface bar can be coupled to any size.

Mounting bolts

The mounting kit consists of 4 mounting bolts suitable for mounting dvLED panels with either M6, M8 or M10 mounting holes. The mounting bolts secure the LED panels to the system.

Adjustable feet

These adjustment feet are used when the dvLED video wall is mounted on the wall. By using the adjustment feet for the bottom row of panels, this row can be adjusted perfectly level.

Extra support for installation

The spacer (PLA 9306) allows you to determine the distance between 2 dvLED interface bars, eliminating the need to repeatedly measure.

Adjustable wall mounts

Thanks to the adjustable wall mounts (adjustment in x, y and z direction), you attach the dvLED interface bars to the wall. The wall mounts are adjustable in depth, so any irregularity in the wall is easily accommodated.Thanks to precision vertical adjustment, the dvLED interface bars can be mounted perfectly level.

No cutting on site

Universal spacer

By using the universal spacer, there is hardly any need to measure anymore. Is the lower dvLED interface bar up to length and perfectly level? Then assemble the next rows at lightning speed.

Ready-made installation kits

For popular dvLED panel brands and configurations, Vogel's offers ready-made dvLED Connect-it kits. These ready-to-use kits contain all the necessary products and an installation diagram. These kits are made for the 16:9 configurations (full HD, 4k or 8k) of popular brands and series.
